Richard Doherty is Senior Director, Business Transformation EMEA. In this role, Richard works with existing and prospective customers to share our vision of how Taleo’s integrated suite of talent management solutions can be leveraged to transform talent management and drive business performance. Richard joined Taleo as part of the Jobpartners acquisition, has over 11 years of experience with large scale, international talent management programmes, and is a graduate of the London School of Economics.
