When it comes to security, outsourcing is not an option. That is why Taleo owns every aspect of our security infrastructure. Security is a daily priority in all aspects of Taleo operations. Taleo employs specialized teams of security professionals lead by our Information Security Officer.

Our data centers employ state of the art physical security including multi-tier biometric access to our caged environments and segregated computing environments. Our servers are protected by best-of-breed firewall technology, intrusion prevention systems, monitoring systems and constant human vigilance.

Taleo offers optional access to our solutions via a point-to-point virtual private network and supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption in transmission as well as optional encryption at rest for sensitive customer data. Single signon (SSO) integration with customers is available through SAML and S2ML based SSO technology, enhancing the security of our solution by separating the functions of authentication and authorization as well as vastly simplifying administration. Database backups are performed on a daily basis and are rotated to secure offsite storage facilities.
