Customer Certification Programs

To help, Taleo University offers three types of certification programs for customer staffing professionals:

Customer Certified System Administrator (TCSA)
Get a combination of advanced classroom training with a scored assessment to ensure a well-rounded, in-depth understanding of the system. If you're an experienced Taleo system administrator, learn settings for features of the Staffing WebTop, Manager WebTop, Career Section and other features.

Taleo Certified Recruiter (TCR)
Combine classroom training with a scored assessment to ensure solid understanding and in-depth skills for the experienced Taleo end user. Learn skills with the Staffing WebTop, including Requisitions, ACE Prescreening strategies, Sourcing, Candidate Management and Hiring.

Taleo Certified Reporting Analyst (TCRA)
Immerse yourself in intermediate and advanced classroom training for the experienced Taleo reporting analyst. A scored assessment ensures comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the XIR2 reporting tool within the Taleo environment.

Schedule certification programs for individuals or for similar groups of corporate staffing personnel. Each individual achieves certification by successfully completing necessary pre-requisites, completing the classroom-based program, and achieving a passing score on the program assessment. There are two levels of certification: Certified and ACE Certified, based upon combined score attainment in the classroom and assessment components.
