2. Design and Development
Starting with pre-configured solutions for different hire types, Taleo implements all of the technical and functional aspects of your Taleo Enterprise Edition solution based on the information provided in the Definition and Analysis step.

3. Design Acceptance
You get a detailed demonstration of all functionality and configurations of Taleo based on your requirements. Then we discuss any refinements and finalize your solution.

4. Deployment and Go Live
Deployment includes all of the final preparations to ensure a positive go-live experience with Taleo, including training and process transition. With a flip of the switch, your production zone is turned on, your career sites are enabled and your new Taleo solution is live and ready for business.
