- Global and Regional User Groups provide a forum to share best practices, learn about new product features, and provide feedback. Participants typically connect via phone monthly or quarterly and in person once or twice a year.
- Special Interest Groups focus on specific topics by industry or product segment for information sharing, expertise and advice.
- The annual Taleo World User Conference is the industry's largest gathering of users, partners and subject matter experts from around the world focusing on talent management products, best practices and networking.

The Taleo Knowledge Exchange™ brings together talent management best practices, metrics, methodologies, and domain expertise from Taleo's broad customer base of millions of practitioners and experts across most every industry around the world. Join the ultimate online community to share knowledge and discuss a wide range of talent management topics.
Regional User Groups
Taleo supports six Regional User Groups in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific region - along with a Global User Group. Each consists of dozens or hundreds of members from leading companies across a variety of industries. Regional User Groups hold formal meetings twice a year and interact informally on a regular basis. All Taleo customers are invited to participate.
Special Interest Groups
Taleo Special Interest Groups share best practices and client expertise covering topics including: campus recruiting, assessments, reporting, job boards, hourly hiring, compliance, healthcare, and contingent hiring.
Customer Executive Council
Taleo's Customer Executive Council provides a forum for executives to discuss optimizing talent management initiatives to improve business performance. Executive Council members who face strategic talent management decisions share expertise with each other and advise Taleo on the solutions and technologies needed by their corporations.
Taleo WORLD User Conference
Taleo hosts an annual global conference called Taleo World for all levels of users - executives, staffing managers, recruiters, HR IT project managers, and system administrators. Customers meet and share best practices and industry knowledge with their peers while interacting with Taleo partners.
