Recruiting Process Assessment
The Taleo Research Recruiting Process Assessment reviews your current sourcing, recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes to see how your procedures compare to best practices in each area of the recruitment cycle.
You will be asked to select answers to 36 key questions that most closely describe your organization’s steps in the recruiting process. Questions in the assessment are grouped by process step:

The questionnaire should take about 10-15 minutes to complete and you will be emailed a customized report based on your answers. The report will highlight the strengths as well as opportunities for improvement in your company's recruiting processes.
