Ninety-four percent of all customers express overall satisfaction. More importantly, customers are achieving significant returns on investment with an average savings of around $450,926 in process improvements alone. Customers also report decreases in the time to hire of 14% and 10% reduction in the cost to hire. These two benefits are worth approximately an additional $4.2 million potential savings to an organization the size of the typical Taleo customer. Thus, Taleo customers are seeing the equivalent of a total return on investment of $4.7 million in their Taleo Investment. |
