Taleo Selected by NCO Group for Global Recruiting Solution

Leading Global Provider of Business Process Outsourcing Services Seeks to Optimize Recruitment of Top Talent

Dublin, CA – April 14, 2008 – Taleo Corporation (NASDAQ: TLEO), the leading provider of on demand talent management solutions, today announced that NCO Group, Inc., a global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, will deploy Taleo’s industry leading recruiting solution across its worldwide operations, starting with the United States and Canada in early spring. NCO Group selected the solution based on Taleo’s global reach, flexible integration with other HR technologies, and depth of functionality when it came to online recruiting of the salaried and hourly candidates that make up the company’s talent pool.
