Contingent Workforce Industry Expert Elaine Taylor Joins iLogos Research as Director, Contingent Workforce Strategies
Contingent Workforce Webinar Series AnnouncedSan Francisco, CA – August 4, 2004 – iLogos Research (www.ilogos.com), a division of Taleo Corporation focused on consulting in the areas of staffing economics, benchmarking, and best practices, recently announced that Elaine Taylor has joined as director, contingent workforce strategies. Reporting to iLogos Founder and President Yves Lermusiaux, Taylor will consult with Global 2000 companies on strategies and best practices for effectively managing the contingent workforce to reduce costs and legal risks and increase enterprise productivity.

Taylor’s experience includes nearly a decade of private consulting with Global 2000 organizations on contingent workforce management (CWM) practices. Among Taylor’s clients in this area were Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., Entergy Corporation, American Family Insurance, Ryder Transportation & Logistics, Northrop Grumman and BP. Prior to working as a contingent workforce management consultant, Elaine was on staff at Chrysler Corp.
