Taleo User Communities

Regional User Groups

Taleo supports six Regional User Groups in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific region - along with a Global User Group. Each consists of 30 or more members from leading companies from a variety of industries. Regional User Groups hold formal meetings twice a year and interact informally on a regular basis. All Taleo customers are invited to participate.

Special Interest Groups

Taleo Special Interest Groups share best practices and client expertise through conference calls and online chat sessions. Special Interest Groups cover topics including campus recruiting, assessments, reporting, job boards, hourly hiring, compliance, healthcare, and contingent hiring.

Taleo Product Council

Each Regional User Group elects a leader who becomes a member of the Taleo Product Council - a collective and direct voice into Taleo product development. The Taleo Product Council gathers feedback from the user group leader and develops a priority list of enhancements for upcoming releases.

Taleo WORLD User Conference

Taleo hosts an annual global conference called Taleo WORLD for all levels of users - executives, staffing managers, recruiters, HR IT project managers, and system administrators. Customers meet and share best practices and industry knowledge with their peers while interacting with Taleo partners.

Taleo User Forum

Taleo also offers an online community called the Taleo User Forum. This user site enables customers to interact and communicate online in a message/chat board format to share and discuss best practices and information, find group contact information, and access a calendar of events. All Taleo Users are entitled to participate.
