Michael GregoireChairman and Chief Executive OfficerPrior to joining Taleo, Michael Gregoire served as executive vice president of Global Services for PeopleSoft, an enterprise software company in nearby Pleasanton. Gregoire has also served as executive director of the EDS New York Information Solutions Organization, based in New York City. The Information Solutions Organization business was a $500M+ in annual revenue unit focused on aligning technology and operations with business strategy. Gregoire has a Master's degree from California Coast University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. He has been named one of Consulting Magazine's "Top 25 Most Influential Consultants." |

Guy GauvinExecutive Vice President, Global ServicesAs Executive Vice President of Global Services, Gauvin is responsible for overseeing the company's global services, support, and education organization by providing ongoing support to the global customer base through the industry's award-winning professional services teams. Gauvin built and managed Taleo professional services, education and training, implementation, integration, and other key service areas. Before joining Taleo in August 1999, Gauvin was Vice President of Global Services at Baan Supply Chain Solutions. At Baan, he headed the consulting, education, and technical support teams worldwide. |

Doug JeffriesExecutive Vice President, Chief Financial OfficerAs the Chief Financial Officer, Jeffries is in charge of Finance and Administration. Jeffries brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to Taleo in finance and operations. Most recently, he was SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Palm, Inc. where he helped build strong teams to support rapidly expanding revenues from the introduction of revolutionary new smart phone products. Previously, he was Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at eBay, where his teams supported the company’s double digit annual revenue growth to over $7 billion. He has also held executive positions at GenCorp, Red Herring Communications, Alaris Medical, and Cardinal Health. Jeffries started his career at Price Waterhouse. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. |

Neil HudspithExecutive Vice President, Chief Customer OfficerAs Chief Customer Officer, Hudspith is responsible for North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific sales, customer success, and global alliances and partnerships, reporting to Taleo Chairman and CEO Michael Gregoire. Hudspith brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the IT industry. Hudspith spent the majority of his career with IBM, starting out as a pivotal member of the Lotus leadership team in EMEA where he led the UK business which served as the largest subsidiary outside of North America. Hudspith also held a variety of management positions at IBM throughout the company's operations in the Middle East and Africa. Hudspith went on to run IBM/Lotus development for the Asia Pacific region based in Singapore. |

Heidi MelinExecutive Vice President, Chief Marketing OfficerAs Chief Marketing Officer, Melin is responsible for driving brand strategy and marketing initiatives to further position Taleo as the global leader in talent management. Melin is charged with aligning sales strategies with marketing, which includes a strong focus on developing integrated communications programs across global regions and communications channels. A marketing veteran with more than 20 years of corporate and agency experience, Melin has a proven track record of successful, award-winning marketing programs that deliver bottom line results. Melin joins Taleo from Polycom where she served as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. At Polycom, Melin was responsible for the company’s high-touch marketing strategy which included global branding and corporate identity, field and channel marketing, corporate communications, analyst relations, enterprise solutions, demand generation, and events. Prior to Polycom, Melin served as chief marketing officer at Hyperion Solutions where she led successful global brand strategy and corporate re-positioning initiatives. In addition, Melin spent close to a decade at PeopleSoft and led a team of 160 marketing professionals as the group vice president of marketing. Before joining PeopleSoft, Melin worked for leading technology advertising agency Hodskins Simone & Searls, where she was responsible for the strategic direction of integrated marketing programs for a variety of high tech clients. Melin holds a B.A. in political science from Willamette University. |

Jason BlessingExecutive Vice President, Products and TechnologyAs the Executive Vice President of Products and Technology, Blessing oversees the strategy, development, and production for all Taleo products. Prior to this position, Blessing was Group Vice President and General Manager of the small and medium business (SMB) group. During Blessing’s tenure, Taleo Business Edition™ became the most widely adopted talent management platform for SMBs with more than 4,000 customers. Before joining Taleo, Blessing held senior management roles at Price Waterhouse, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. Blessing holds a degree from the University of Michigan. |

Hans LidforssSenior Vice President, Corporate StrategyAs Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Lidforss brings more than 15 years of experience and a proven track record to this role, where he oversees strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate business development for Taleo. Prior to this position, Lidforss was a senior operations executive with Cerberus Capital Management, where he led investment/acquisition executions, portfolio company transitions and improvement activities. Previously, he was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Hewlett-Packard (HP), where he managed strategy, mergers and acquisitions and post acquisition management activities for HP’s $30 billion Technology Solutions Group. Lidforss also held business development, post acquisition management and general management positions at General Electric; advised Fortune 500 companies at McKinsey & Company; and drove business growth as a Product Manager at Sandvik Inc. Lidforss holds an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an MSc degree from Linkoping Institute of technology in Sweden. |

Paul PronsatiSenior Vice President, FinanceAs Senior Vice President, Finance, Pronsati is responsible for ensuring excellence through managing the company's key global functions, such as budget, procurement, operational metrics, pricing management operations and IT. Prior to Taleo, Pronsati served as Group Vice President, Global Operations at PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for running all systems and processes for the company's Sales and Services organization. While at PeopleSoft, Pronsati also served as Vice President of Global Operations where he was responsible for PeopleSoft Consulting, Education, and Hosting. Prior to PeopleSoft, Pronsati held various roles at JD Edwards, Main Hurdman, Rorer Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson Matthey. |

Josh FaddisSenior Vice President, General CounselAs Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Faddis serves as a member of the executive management team and is responsible for overseeing legal, governance, compliance and risk management issues with respect to the company's operations. Faddis also serves as the company's corporate secretary. Since joining Taleo in 2001, Faddis has been instrumental in the company’s success and maturation through his involvement in the development of the company's software-as-a-service business model, completion of the company's initial public offering, completion of several acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. Faddis also works closely with the finance and sales teams to drive high quality, predictable revenue through the negotiation of end customer and alliance agreements. Prior to joining Taleo, Faddis conducted IP and business litigation at Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP and served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Justice Craig Enoch, Supreme Court of the State of Texas. Faddis received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and his B.S. from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. |

Chris LeeGroup Vice President, Chief Talent OfficerAs Group Vice President and Chief Talent Officer, Lee oversees the global human resources function and is also responsible for global facilities operations. Lee brings more than 28 years of experience in workforce management to Taleo. Before joining Taleo, Lee was Vice President of Human Resources at BigBand Networks, Inc., a provider of network solutions to broadband service providers. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Micromuse, Inc., a provider of network management software which was later acquired by IBM. His experience also includes human resources executive management positions at Borland Software and Niku Corporation and senior human resources positions at Apple and Autodesk, Inc. Lee is a graduate of the University of San Francisco where he received a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior. |

Jeffrey StieflerLead Independent DirectorJeffrey Stiefler brings nearly two decades of senior executive management experience to Taleo as a venture partner for Emergence Capital Partners, Chairman of InQ, and director of Verifone and LPL Financial. Stiefler was the chairman, CEO, and president of Digital Insight until its sale to Intuit. He also served as an advisor to private equity firms McCown DeLeeuw and Company and North Castle Partners. He was vice-chairman of Walker Digital Corporation, the company that started Priceline.com, and was a Director of the Education Lending Group. Stiefler was also president and a director of American Express Company and president and CEO of IDS Financial Services Corporation along with a variety of leadership positions with Citicorp and Boise Cascade Corporation. In addition to his corporate positions, he served as director or trustee of The Salk Institute, Minnesota Business Partnership, Minneapolis Symphony, and Carlson School of Management. Stiefler has been a guest lecturer at a number of leading business schools including Harvard and Wharton. He received his bachelor's degree from Williams College and MBA from Harvard Business School. |

Gary BloomFormer Vice President and President, SymantecGary Bloom brings more than two decades of senior executive experience in high technology to the Taleo Board of Directors. Most recently, he was Vice Chairman and President of Symantec where he led the company's line of business and corporate development organizations. Bloom joined Symantec through the company's merger with VERITAS Software, where he was Chairman, President and CEO. Under Bloom's leadership, VERITAS grew from approximately $1.2 billion in revenue in 2000 to over $2.0 billion in 2004. VERITAS became the global leader in storage software and a leading provider of software and services that are used by 99 percent of the Fortune 500. Prior to VERITAS, Bloom was executive vice president at Oracle Corporation. During his 14-year career at Oracle, Bloom led Oracle's database business, worldwide marketing, support, education, and alliance organizations, and was responsible for mergers and acquisitions. Bloom has previously served on the boards of Globespan Virata, VERITAS, and Symantec. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University where currently serves on the President's Cabinet and is the Chairman of the Board of the Cal Poly Foundation. |

Patrick GrossChairman, the Lovell GroupGross brings more than 35 years of business management experience to Taleo's Board of Directors. He is currently chairman of The Lovell Group, an investment and advisory firm he founded in 2002 to work with private venture-funded technology companies on a range of business, management and financial strategies. Gross is currently a director of several companies: Capital One Financial Corporation and Waste Management, Inc, both listed on the NYSE; and Career Education Corporation, Liquidity Services, Inc, and Mobius Management Systems, Inc, three NASDAQ listed companies. He has served as lead and presiding director of several public companies and as chairman of the boards of two private equity owned companies. Prior to The Lovell Group, Gross co-founded American Management Systems in 1970. After leading the company through several rounds of funding, Gross also saw the company through its successful IPO in 1979. Gross was responsible for leading the American Management System's movement to a vertical market structure where they focused on financial services, communications and government sectors. This strategic change in the 1980s fueled the Company's growth from a $60 million dollar company to a $1 billion company by 2002. Gross holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MSE from the University of Michigan, and a BES from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |

Greg SantoraFormer Chief Financial Officer, Shopping.com and Intuit, Inc.Greg Santora brings more than two decades of senior corporate finance experience in high technology to Taleo's Board of Directors. Most recently, Santora was the chief financial officer of Shopping.com where he was responsible for all areas of finance as well as human resources, legal, web operations, and information technology (IT). During his tenure, he built the necessary infrastructure and organizations to allow the company to go public and get on the path towards Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance. Prior to Shopping.com, Santora was Senior Vice President and CFO at Intuit, Inc. from 1996- 2003. He was responsible for the software company's treasury operations, investor relations, and communicating financial and operational information to the board of directors and the analyst community. Before Intuit, Santora held a number of increasingly responsible finance positions at Apple Computer, Inc. where he was the senior director of finance for Apple Americas. He has also held finance positions at Bally Manufacturing Corporation and Arthur Anderson and Company. Santora is a currently director on the boards of Align Technology and Digital Insight. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and MBA from San Jose State University. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |

Jeffrey SchwartzManaging Director, Bain Capital, LLCSchwartz joined Bain Capital in 2000 and is a founding Partner of Bain Capital Ventures and a Managing Director of the firm. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Schwartz worked at Wellington Management company, where he was a portfolio manager for several public equities funds. He also served in the Equity Capital Markers Group of Merrill Lynch. In addition to his firm and portfolio company responsibilities, Schwartz also serves on the Board of MetroLacrosse, is a trustee of Noble and Greenough School, and coaches several youth athletic teams. Schwartz received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College. |

Jonathan SchwartzFormer President, CEO, and Director of Sun MicrosystemsJonathan Schwartz is an acclaimed global technology executive, innovator and entrepreneur. An executive at Sun Microsystems from 1996 until 2010, Schwartz was most recently President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the Fortune 200 organization and ultimately led its sale to Oracle Corporation. Prior to the acquisition, Sun Microsystems pioneered many of cloud computing's most important innovations, from the world's most pervasive open source software technologies, to the most efficient datacenter servers, storage, and networking devices. From 2004-2006, Schwartz was Sun's President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the operations and execution of Sun's global businesses. In other executive positions at Sun, he oversaw the company's software business, was its Chief Strategy Officer, and led mergers, acquisitions and Sun's venture capital portfolio. Prior to Sun, Schwartz was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lighthouse Design, Ltd., ultimately acquired by Sun Microsystems, and began his career with McKinsey & Company, Inc. |

Jim TolonenFormer SVP of Finance and Administration and CFO at Business ObjectsJim Tolonen is a seasoned leader in finance and operations, and has managed some of the technology industry's largest organic and acquisition-led growth trajectories. Most recently, as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Business Objects, S.A., Tolonen managed the global Finance, Tax, Information Technology and Administrative organizations through growth in revenues from $450 million to $1.7 billion. He assisted in 18 acquisitions, including the purchase of Crystal Decisions in 2003 for $820 million. Mr. Tolonen led Business Objects' financial operations through the company's acquisition in January, 2008 by SAP. Prior to Business Objects, Tolonen held senior executive officer positions at Novell, Inc., IGN Entertainment, Inc. and CyberMedia, and as a CPA at Arthur Andersen. |
