Our Internship Program is designed to expose top students to Taleo and provide them with valuable learning opportunities, growth, and professional development. At the same time, they provide our business areas with value-added support in achieving our corporate objectives.
This is not just a summer job. We provide meaningful and challenging real-world assignments that are rich in exposure, learning, and growth potential.
US and International
We offer internships in the US and internationally during the summer months, usually bringing on a cohort group of at least five interns. Each intern cohort group will meet together regularly face to face and virtually to share experiences and participate in various lunch and learn sessions about different areas of Taleo, what we do, and how we do it. Over the years, our interns have worked on very challenging and rewarding assignments in many different departments including Marketing, Professional Services, R&D, Human Resources, Sales Operations, Product Management, and others.

Canada
Our Quebec City office offers trainee opportunities throughout the year, primarily on our Research and Development and Production teams. We provide students with an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and experience the software development lifecycle of a growing software company. This is the perfect chance to supplement technical university education with real-life practical experience and help prepare you for your future career.
