Job Search

The easiest way to start the job search process is to explore our database using your desired career criteria - job function, location, and keywords - and then apply for each job that matches your interest. No matches today? Don’t worry. Create a candidate profile so you can be notified of future job opportunities when they become available.

New Candidate

If this is your first time applying for positions at Taleo, then please register and create your candidate profile, protected with a username and password that you define. Once you create your profile, you will receive an email confirming this action.

If you choose to attach your resume or curriculum vitae (CV), the tool will automatically populate your profile with your contact, education, and work experience information. This will save you some time and you can complete your candidate profile faster. If you prefer, you can build your profile from scratch using our resume builder.

With either method, please be sure to include all of your work experience, education, and other pertinent information so we get the full picture of what you can bring to Taleo. Since we have multiple positions available at any given time, it's to your advantage not to limit your personal information to a specific job opening.

Returning Candidate

You can view or update your profile information at any time. Access your candidate profile by entering your user name and password. If you are applying for a position, you can quickly move through the application process by simply clicking Save and Continue at the bottom of each page.

Have you gained some new experience since the last time you visited us? Learned a new language, perhaps? Maybe you just need to update your contact information so we know where to find you? No worries. Simply update your profile so we know the latest and greatest news about you.

Prescreening

When you apply for a job, you may be asked some prescreening questions after you view or update your candidate profile. These questions enable us to quickly match your skills, education, and work experience to the chosen job opportunity. It's important that you answer all the questions, which should only take a couple of minutes to complete.

Unfortunately, due to the volume of candidates that we receive, we can not speak with everyone who applies. However, for those who do move on through the process, we will typically schedule some time to chat briefly with you over the phone. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about your background, fill in some of the blanks, and share a bit more information about the position and Taleo to ensure there is interest from both sides in continuing forward.

Interviews

Because we have employees across the globe, in-depth interviews may be conducted face to face or over the phone. Interviews are usually conducted by the hiring managers, who will spend time digging deeper into your knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as assessing how well you would compliment the team and Taleo. Depending on the position and department, there could be multiple interviews providing you an opportunity to meet with multiple members of the team.

Once interviews are completed, we’ll definitely keep you posted on the status of your application as things progress. Depending on where we are in the process, it could take a few days, or a few weeks to get to the next step. We appreciate your patience!
