Everyone needs time away to relax and recharge the batteries. To help with this, Taleo provides all new employees with three weeks vacation. Some International locations get even more. We also throw in four floating holidays per year. Of course, the longer you are here, the more vacation time you get. And let’s not forget about the paid holidays. We offer nearly a dozen paid holidays depending on the country in which you work.

We know that you are not going to work forever. To help you prepare for when that time comes, Taleo provides voluntary employee contribution plans. For our US employees we offer both traditional pre-tax and after-tax Roth 401k contribution plans with a company match, while our Canadian employees can contribute to a Registered Retirement Savings Plan. We also offer statutory plans in our other international locations.

Our Taleo Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) provides employees the opportunity to purchase Taleo stock at a discount through simple payroll deductions. Participants in this plan can contribute between 1 - 10% of after tax income (certain purchase restriction apply).
