JOBPARTNERS - July, 2011

The Jobpartners acquisition expanded Taleo’s global talent management leadership, making the company one of the largest SaaS talent management vendors in Europe. Taleo doubled its European customer base and more than doubled its professional team in Europe to better serve the region.

Cytiva - April, 2011

Taleo acquired Cytiva (TSX-V: CRX), a leading Canadian mid-market provider of on demand recruiting software solutions to more than 250 companies that was recognized by Bersin & Associates for its candidate and hiring manager user experience. Cytiva customers gained the opportunity to take advantage of Taleo's full suite of recruiting, performance, compensation, and learning capabilities.

Learn.com - September, 2010

Taleo acquired privately-held Learn.com for their leading next generation SaaS Learning Management System (LMS) and industry expertise in corporate learning. Learn.com customers develop their internal and external talent through the end-to-end creation, delivery and management of online education and training. These formal and social learning capabilities also deepen the business impact of talent management through structured learning plans and collaborative features like discussions, file sharing, and communities of practice.

Worldwide Compensation - January, 2010

With the acquisition of Worldwide Compensation, Taleo enhanced its solutions offerings to include the three critical components for managing a talent-optimized organization: Taleo Recruiting™, Taleo Performance™, and Taleo Compensation™. Together they provide a true pay-for-performance process that more closely aligns corporate objectives and individual contributions.

Vurv - July, 2008

By acquiring Vurv, Taleo enhanced its leadership position in talent management and gained additional scale, resources, and expertise to meet the growing market demand for talent management solutions. Taleo emerged with a broader product set, an expanded development team, and a stronger international presence.

WetFeet Recruiter - July, 2007

Taleo acquired WetFeet Inc.'s web-based recruiting product, WetFeet Recruiter, including associated intellectual property, technology, and customers in July 2007. Taleo has transitioned WetFeet Recruiter customers to Taleo Enterprise™ or Taleo Business Edition so they can take advantage of our leading recruiting solutions.

JobFlash - March, 2007

Taleo acquired all of JobFlash's intellectual property, technology, and customers in March 2007, and retained the majority of JobFlash's sales, services, and development personnel. Taleo migrated JobFlash's leading IVR, interview, scheduling, and high-volume hourly hiring capabilities into functionality in its Taleo Business Edition™ product line.

Recruitforce - April, 2005

In April 2005, Taleo acquired Recruitforce.com, which provided the applications and technology that have become Taleo Business Edition. Business Edition runs on an open Web Services API so developers can more easily build integration solutions and custom applications to connect candidate and requisition data. Even small businesses can run Taleo Business Edition with their HR, finance, and payroll systems.

White Amber - October, 2003

In October, 2003, Taleo acquired White Amber, Inc., a leading provider of temporary workforce management solutions with the industry's largest clients. The acquisition extended the value Taleo delivers to enterprise customers seeking to manage multiple worker types by integrating all sources of talent onto one platform. With complete workforce visibility into salaried, hourly, and contingent talent, organizations can make better hiring decisions and identify additional opportunities for cost-savings and productivity gains.
