Neil Hudspith

As executive vice president of worldwide field operations, Mr. Hudspith is responsible for North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific sales operations, customer success and global alliances, reporting to Taleo President and CEO Michael Gregoire. Mr. Hudspith brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the IT industry.

Mr. Hudspith spent the majority of his career with IBM, starting out as a pivotal member of the Lotus leadership team running EMEA, during which the UK served as the largest subsidiary outside of North America. Mr. Hudspith also held a variety of management positions at IBM throughout the company’s operations in the Middle East, serving as a regional manager for the company’s business development efforts throughout the Middle East, India, Greece, Turkey and Israel.

Mr. Hudspith went on to run IBM/Lotus development for the Asia Pacific region managing more than 1,300 employees and a revenue stream in excess of $320 million USD.  Mr. Hudspith has also held executive management positions at Vitria and Commerce One.
