Dave Burlington

As group vice president of Applications and Technology, Mr. Burlington oversees R&D, product strategy, product management, technology, and solution release management at Taleo Corporation. Mr. Burlington brings more than 20 years of R&D, technology, engineering, and global solutions development experience to Taleo.

Before joining Taleo, Mr. Burlington was senior vice president of Product Development at Comergent Technologies, a demand chain management software company. He was also president of SomethingNow, an enabler of eCommerce financial service products, and before that general manager and vice president of PeopleSoft's Enterprise Performance Management product line. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Burlington was senior director of business development at Gap Inc..

Mr. Burlington is a graduate of Santa Clara University, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
