Vacation
Taleo provides a minimum of three weeks vacation for new employees.

401K Program - USA
U.S.-based Taleo employees may participate in our Group 401k Program. This program is a voluntary employee contribution plan.

RRSP Program - Canada
Registered Retirement Savings Plan. Canadian Taleo employees may participate in our Group RRSP Program. The program is a voluntary employee contribution plan.

Paid Holidays
Statutory holidays are paid holidays legislated by state or province or paid holidays designated by Taleo management.

Leave of Absence
Taleo recognizes that an employee, at certain times, may require a leave of absence from work, and will attempt to cooperate with employees where reasonable requests are made.

Employee Referral Program
Taleo encourages employees to refer candidates for internal job vacancies. Taleo employees are an excellent recruiting resource. Therefore, employees making successful referrals will receive a cash reward. Employee Stock Purchase Plan
The Taleo Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) provides employees the opportunity to purchase Taleo stock at a discount through payroll deductions. Employees may contribute 1 to 10 percent of their after tax income to the ESPP (certain purchase restrictions apply). As an ESPP participant, employees become shareholders contributing to the financial growth of the company and achieve the potential financial benefit of their hard work.
