The new Talent Search capability provides a centralized and consistent search interface to help managers efficiently find and leverage talent. A single interface for searching employees and candidates enables managers to stay focused on their primary task of finding the best talent ― whether the talent is part of their own team, the organization as a whole, or in external candidate pools. Once they’ve found the best talent, managers can instantly act on search results and add talent to requisitions, succession plans, or talent pools.

Real-time insight to check goal alignment
The new release extends the visualization capabilities of the Talent Browser to enable managers and executives to quickly check goal alignment within the organization. Employees that are aligned to a specified goal are visually highlighted on an interactive organizational chart through the use of an intuitive, on-the-fly, filtering interface. Managers can instantly check whether the right resources are focused on key goals.

Integrated access to requisitions
The Talent Browser interface now integrates recruiting information so managers can view a summary of open requisitions and initiate the creation of new requisitions. This single interface for managing existing talent and working with hiring requisitions is the latest example of how Taleo empowers managers to work holistically with talent ― bringing together important elements of managing an existing team and taking action on adding new talent to make their teams more successful.
